Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your Mari James Botanicals experience—and we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Your product must be at least half full and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@marijamesbotanicals.com with your:

3. Reason for return
4. Photo of the product (optional but appreciated)
5. We’ll send you return instructions within 2 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. 

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@marijamesbotanicals.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items that are nearly empty or heavily used
